Artwork Description
Kreis & Schnitt – Bauhaus Geometry No. 05 is a vintage-inspired abstract geometric wall art print exploring the relationship between circles, intersections, and architectural structure. Influenced by Bauhaus and Constructivist design principles, its composition features overlapping circular forms, vertical block segments, and precisely arranged color intersections.
A rich retro palette of deep teal, muted navy blue, mustard yellow, burnt orange, and warm terracotta creates a refined mid-century modern aesthetic. The softly aged cream background adds vintage exhibition-poster character, while German-inspired typography reads “KREIS & SCHNITT · AUSSTELLUNG · NO. 05 · WEIMAR · 1931.”
This printable Bauhaus poster complements minimalist living rooms, modern home offices, architectural studios, Scandinavian interiors, and curated gallery walls. It also makes a thoughtful digital art gift for architects, interior designers, art history enthusiasts, and collectors of geometric abstract artwork.
