Welcome to Reflectionare. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of reflectionare.com, including the purchase, download, and use of digital products offered through the website.
By accessing the website, placing an order, or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
1. Digital Products
Reflectionare offers digital products, including but not limited to printable wall art, travel posters, wallpapers, stickers, coloring pages, bundles, and other downloadable creative content.
Unless specifically stated otherwise on a product page, no physical product will be shipped.
File formats, dimensions, resolutions, quantities, and other specifications vary by product. Customers are responsible for reviewing the individual product description before purchasing.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all artwork, illustrations, designs, graphics, branding, product images, written content, and digital files available through Reflectionare remain the intellectual property of Reflectionare or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, authorship, or ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Instead, your purchase grants you a license to use the product according to the license terms applicable to that specific product.
The Reflectionare name, logo, branding, product presentation, and other brand assets may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, used as a trademark, or presented as belonging to another person or business without permission.
3. Standard License
Unless a product page expressly includes a different license, purchases are provided under the Reflectionare Standard License.
The Standard License grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for personal purposes.
Permitted personal use may include printing artwork for your home, office, personal projects, or gifts where no commercial resale or distribution is involved.
Under the Standard License, you may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, or otherwise make the original digital files available to third parties.
You may not sell physical or digital products containing the artwork unless commercial rights are specifically included with the purchased product or separately granted by Reflectionare.
4. Product-Specific Licenses
Certain Reflectionare products may include additional commercial-use, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or other extended rights.
Whenever a product includes a specific license, the rights and restrictions stated on that individual product page apply to that product and take precedence over the Standard License described above.
This means that some products may permit uses that are prohibited under the Standard License, including, where expressly stated, commercial use or resale of the included digital files.
Customers should always review the license information provided on the individual product page before using a product commercially.
The purchase of one product with extended commercial rights does not grant the same rights to any other Reflectionare product.
5. Commercial Use and Resale
Where a product listing expressly includes a Commercial License or states that resale or redistribution is permitted, you may use, sell, resell, or redistribute the files only within the rights specifically described in that product listing.
If resale of the original digital files is expressly permitted, the purchaser may resell those files in accordance with the stated license.
However, unless expressly permitted, purchasing a Commercial License does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork to the purchaser.
You may not claim that you created or originally authored Reflectionare artwork, register the artwork itself as your own copyright or trademark, or use the Reflectionare name, logo, or branding to represent your own business or products.
For products that do not expressly include commercial rights, commercial use requires separate written permission or an additional license from Reflectionare.
6. Free Digital Products
Reflectionare may offer selected digital products free of charge.
Free products remain subject to the license stated on their individual product pages. A price of $0.00 does not automatically grant commercial, resale, redistribution, or ownership rights.
Some free products may require completion of a $0 checkout process in order to receive the download.
Reflectionare may add, remove, modify, or discontinue free products at any time.
7. Orders and Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally made available after successful completion of checkout.
Depending on the product, files may be delivered through an on-screen download link, email, downloadable archive, third-party file delivery service, or another digital delivery method described on the product page.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used when placing an order.

8. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on Reflectionare are shown in the currency indicated on the website.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed.
Promotional prices, discounts, bundles, free products, and special offers may be introduced, modified, or discontinued at any time.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges will be handled according to the checkout process and applicable law.
9. Refunds and Digital Products
Because Reflectionare primarily sells digital products that are delivered electronically, refund and cancellation rights may differ from those applicable to physical products.
Refunds, cancellations, technical issues, and any applicable statutory withdrawal rights are governed by the Reflectionare Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Please review the Refund Policy before completing your purchase.
Reflectionare's current Refund Policy already separately addresses immediate digital delivery, EU withdrawal rights, and technical download problems, so referencing it here avoids conflicting rules between the two pages.
10. Printing and Third-Party Services
Reflectionare cannot guarantee identical results across different printers, monitors, paper types, inks, devices, or third-party printing services.
Colors displayed on a screen may differ slightly from printed colors because of differences in display calibration, printing equipment, paper, ink, and other factors.
Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate printing settings, dimensions, paper, framing, and third-party printing services.
Reflectionare is not responsible for the quality, errors, delays, costs, or other results produced by third-party printing or fulfillment providers selected by the customer.
11. Prohibited Use of the Website
You may not use Reflectionare or its content:
- for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes;
- to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- to distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful material;
- to scrape, systematically copy, reproduce, or harvest website content without authorization;
- to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
- to misrepresent Reflectionare products, branding, authorship, or affiliation;
- or in any other manner prohibited by applicable law.
License rights granted with individual products do not authorize misuse of the Reflectionare website, branding, or other content that is not included in the purchased license.
12. Product Availability and Changes
Reflectionare is a growing creative platform, and products, collections, prices, descriptions, file formats, licenses, features, and website content may change over time.
We may modify, update, replace, discontinue, or remove products or website content at our discretion.
Changes will not retroactively remove license rights already granted to a customer under the terms applicable to a completed purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Accuracy of Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and other information.
However, occasional typographical, technical, pricing, or descriptive errors may occur.
Reflectionare reserves the right to correct errors or update information where necessary, subject to applicable consumer law and any rights relating to orders already completed.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
Reflectionare may use or provide access to third-party platforms and services, including payment processors, file delivery providers, analytics tools, social platforms, printing services, or external websites.
Reflectionare is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, terms, security, or performance of independent third-party services.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
15. Disclaimer
Reflectionare digital products and website content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While reasonable care is taken in preparing and delivering products, Reflectionare does not guarantee that every file, website feature, third-party integration, or service will operate uninterrupted or be compatible with every device, application, printer, or software environment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reflectionare will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses resulting from the use or inability to use the website or digital products.
Reflectionare is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect printing settings, incompatible software, third-party services, customer modifications, unauthorized redistribution, loss of downloaded files after successful delivery, or uses of a product outside its stated license.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Privacy
Your use of Reflectionare is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, processed, used, and disclosed.
Reflectionare uses Shopify to provide its online store and related services. The current Privacy Policy already describes Shopify's role and the handling of customer information.
18. Changes to These Terms
Reflectionare may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to products, licenses, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Terms applicable to a specific completed purchase will be interpreted together with any product-specific license provided with that purchase.
