Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of placing your order, without giving any reason.
However, by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
This means that once your digital files are made available for download, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
All Other Regions
All sales are final for customers outside the European Union. Due to the immediate and non-tangible nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once files have been made available for download.
Technical Issues (All Customers)
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:
- File corruption: Downloaded files are damaged or fail to open.
- Access issues: You did not receive your download link or encountered errors during download.
In such cases, we will verify your purchase and provide a working replacement copy.
