How to Access and Download Your Digital Files
Your Reflectionare purchase is delivered digitally — no waiting, no shipping. Once your order is completed, your files can be accessed from the order confirmation page and through the download email sent to the email address used at checkout.
How You Receive Your Files
Reflectionare products are digital downloads. After checkout, access is normally provided immediately. In some cases, payment processing may take a few moments before the download link becomes available.
Complete Checkout
Finish your order using the email address where you want to receive your purchase confirmation and download information.
Open Your Download Link
On the confirmation page, look for the download option. You will also receive an automated email containing access to your digital files.
Save Your Files
Download the files to your computer, phone or tablet. If your purchase contains a ZIP archive, extract it first to access the individual files inside.
Where Can I Find My Download Link?
You normally have two ways to access your purchase.
- Order confirmation page: after checkout, follow the download option shown on screen.
- Your email inbox: open the Reflectionare order/download email sent to the address used during checkout.
What File Types Will I Receive?
File formats depend on the product you purchase. Always check the individual product description for the exact files included.
I Can't Find My Download Email
Don't worry — most missing-email issues are easy to solve.
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- If you use Gmail, check the Promotions and Social tabs.
- Search your inbox for Reflectionare.
- Make sure you are checking the same email address used during checkout.
- Add Reflectionare to your safe-senders list or address book to help future order emails reach your inbox.
Troubleshooting Download Issues
If your files do not download or open correctly, try the steps below before downloading again.
Nothing happens when I click the link
Try another browser or device. Temporarily disable browser extensions, pop-up blockers or aggressive ad blockers if they are preventing the download from starting.
The download looks incomplete or corrupted
Delete the incomplete file and download it again. A temporary connection interruption can occasionally prevent a file from saving correctly.
I downloaded a ZIP file
Extract or unzip the archive before opening the files inside. Windows, macOS, iOS and Android all include built-in options for opening ZIP archives.
I can't open the file
Check the file format listed in the product description. JPG and PNG files open with standard image viewers, while PDF files require a PDF-compatible reader.
Downloading on Mobile
Digital files can also be downloaded on a phone or tablet. The exact location depends on your device and browser.
- iPhone / iPad: downloaded files are commonly saved in the Files app, usually inside the Downloads folder.
- Android: files are commonly saved in Downloads or in your device's file manager.
- Large ZIP files may be easier to organize and extract on a desktop or laptop computer.
Refunds and Digital Purchases
Because Reflectionare products are digital files delivered electronically, digital purchases are generally not eligible for return or exchange once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law. If your file is missing, damaged, inaccessible or different from what was described, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
