A Little Something New Is Coming: Reflectionare Bookmarks

Some artwork belongs on a wall. Some lives on a screen. And some can quietly travel with you from one chapter to the next.

A new collection is currently taking shape at Reflectionare: illustrated bookmarks designed to bring a small piece of art into one of life's simplest rituals — reading.

Art Between the Pages

Bookmarks are small objects, but they become surprisingly personal. They stay inside the books we love, mark the stories we have not finished yet, and sometimes remain with us long after the final page.

That made them feel like a natural next step for Reflectionare.

The upcoming bookmark designs are being created as miniature artworks rather than simple page markers. The idea is to take the colors, imagination and visual storytelling found across Reflectionare and translate them into a smaller format made for readers, journals, planners and quiet creative moments.

“A bookmark does more than remember a page. It remembers where you paused inside a story.”

What We're Creating

The collection is still being developed, so not every detail is being revealed just yet. But the direction is already clear: bookmarks with their own personality, artwork and atmosphere.

01

Illustrated Designs

Each bookmark is being approached as a narrow miniature canvas, with compositions created specifically for its vertical shape.

02

Different Moods

Expect more than one visual direction — from calm and nature-inspired ideas to colorful, imaginative and nostalgic designs.

03

Made for Everyday Moments

For novels, notebooks, journals, study books or the book waiting beside your bed for the next quiet evening.

Why Bookmarks?

Reflectionare has always been interested in the places where art becomes part of ordinary life. A picture can change the feeling of a room. A wallpaper can change the screen we see every day. A postcard can hold a memory of a place.

A bookmark works on an even smaller scale.

It sits quietly between two pages, disappears when the book is opened, and returns when it is time to stop reading. That tiny interaction felt worth exploring.

So instead of treating bookmarks as an accessory, the new collection is being designed around a simple question: what if the object that marks your place was also a tiny piece of art?

Small Format, Plenty of Room for Imagination

Designing vertically creates its own possibilities. Landscapes can stretch upward. Flowers can grow along the page. Characters can peek from unexpected places. Patterns can run from one end of the bookmark to the other.

That means the collection does not need to follow one single visual style. Different designs can explore different corners of the Reflectionare world while still feeling like they belong together.

For Readers

A small visual companion for the books and stories that become part of everyday life.

For Creative People

Something that can also live inside journals, planners, sketchbooks and notebooks.

For Gifting

A simple little extra for someone who loves books, illustration and thoughtful details.

For Collecting

Different artwork and themes will make it possible to choose a favorite — or build a small collection over time.

Still in the Studio

The bookmarks are currently being prepared, tested and refined. That means some details may continue to evolve before the collection is ready.

For now, this is just the first glimpse.

More of the artwork, individual designs and collection details will be revealed as the launch gets closer.
